Expert validation
Fraud Shield’s certified, Trusted Source Officers (TSO) validate customer’s identities by reviewing personal identification documents. Fraud Shield TSOs are certified professionals who use proprietary multi-factor validation procedures and specialized technologies to validate a customer’s identity.
Onsite encryption
Personal identification documents never leave the sight of the client and are imaged through a Fraud Shield encrypted scanner. After imaging, they are immediately returned to the client, and, most importantly, the documents are NEVER retained onsite in an unencrypted format.
